    Depending on the qualifications, the applicants need to take an Entrance Examination (High
    School, A-Level Graduates) or an Entrance Interview (Collage or University Graduates).

    Our University conducts Entrance Examinations and Interviews in several countries throughout the
    world, and also in Debrecen, Hungary.

    Required Educational Qualifications
      

    Foreign students can be admitted into the English program of the Medical School of the University
    of Debrecen if they meet the entrance examination requirements in the following subjects:

    Biology and
    Physics or Chemistry.

    The language of the entrance examination/interview is English.

    Applicants having a B.A. B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in natural science fields at an internationally
    recognized and listed foreign Colleges or Universities teaching in English language, may be
    admitted to the General Medicine and Dentistry Programs of the Medical School without an
    entrance examination. Such students however must take an entrance interview.

    Minimum requirements:
    High School Graduation

    Those students, who are not fluent in English, or those who do not perform adequately at the
    Entrance Examination are admitted into the BMC course upon request.

    Required documents (photocopies also accepted):
      
    Completed application form.

    High school,college or A-level diploma and the relevant transcripts. Students just about to complete
    their studies are required to send in a transcript and present their final diplomas at the entrance
    examination.

    Notarized financial statement verifying that the applicant or his/her sponsor has adequate financial
    resources to cover the applicant’s tuition fees and living expenses for the whole course of his/her
    studies in Debrecen, Hungary.

    Recent medical certificate of general health status.

    Short curriculum vitae.

    Copies of relevant pages of the passport.

    Four recent photographs

    Non-refundable registration fee in the form of bank transfer. (Personal cheques are not accepted)
