Master of Business Administration The Master of Business Administration program became very popular in Hungary in the last 15-20 years. The University of Debrecen has a long tradition of offering this training program primarily to managers who have 2-3 years of work experience and obtained their BA/BSc or MA/MSc degrees in fields other than economics. These professionals already have a general knowledge in the field of business administration which helps them to better manage their everyday tasks. From the introduction of the bachelor and master level degrees in Hungarian higher education, the Master of Business Administration programme (MBA) has a special role. As a standard master program in the field of business studies, it is a four semester full-time degree program taught entirely in English. In addition to university professors, business professionals are involved in education as well and by providing a hands-on approach, engage students in discussions during high-level yet practical seminars. Admission requirements: Master of Business Administration
2-3 years post-university work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
submission of all required documents as detailed on our website: application form, CV, one or two letters of recommendation, a cover letter detailing your motives and expectations about the program, copies of your degree certificates and transcripts, and three identical passport photographs.
All applications are reviewed by a Pre-Committee that decides whether to invite you to a personal interview (by phone, or Skype) as the second stage of the admissions process. Final decision on the admission to the program will be made by the Final Entrance Committee.
