The Hostels are situated in the area of the Medical University of Debrecen.
Student Hostel 1, the five 3-level buildings set up a separate residential park at the Campus of the Medical Center - University of Debrecen,
which is mainly attended by foreign students learning in Debrecen. The buildings were constructed according to traditional technologies. Most of
the apartments have one room, but there are 2- and 3-room apartments, too. The apartments have kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave,
electric cooker, dishes, learning room, bathroom, hall and balcony. Each apartment is fully furnished and has telephone, TV set and internet
connection. In the basement services such as computer room, fitness room, sauna, etc.... are provided.
The Student Hostel 2 is located the middle of the University of Debrecen area. The Hostel has been opened in January, 2009. All the rooms are
air-conditioned, have kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric cooker, dishes, learning room, bathroom and hall. Each apartment is
fully furnished and has telephone, TV set and internet connection included in the room price. In the basement services such as laundry, fitness
room, restaurant etc..... are provided.
Both Student Hostels require 4 month + deposit to be paid in advance for reservation
Those who prefer to live in a private accommodation or are unsuccessful in their application for the student hostel can contact one of the Housing
Agencies that will help them to find an apartment.
